1. Sponsor

The Honey Gummies 75-Inch TV Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by HoneyGummies LLC, doing business as Honey Gummies (“Sponsor”), located at 133 Ivanhoe Dr., Paramus, NJ 07652, USA. Sponsor may be contacted at info@tryhoneygummies.com.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, owners, representatives, contractors and agents of Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is void in Rhode Island, outside the United States and the District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

4. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry. Regardless of entry method, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Each eligible entry has the same chance of winning.

A purchase is not required to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase an entrant’s odds of winning. If a customer has already entered using the no-purchase entry method described below, completing a purchase will not provide an additional entry.

A cancellation, return or refund of a product purchase will not cancel an otherwise valid Sweepstakes entry.

A properly completed no-purchase entry receives the same chance of winning as an eligible purchase entry. No purchase, payment, newsletter subscription, product review, social media activity or consent to receive promotional marketing communications is required to enter or win.

5. Entry Limit and Disqualification

Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. If more than one entry is submitted by the same individual, only the first eligible entry received may be counted.

Entries that are incomplete, late, automated, generated by script or bot, fraudulent, submitted using false information, or submitted through multiple identities or email addresses by the same individual may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole reasonable discretion.

6. Prize

The prize includes standard delivery to a valid residential address located within the eligible Sweepstakes territory, as determined by Sponsor. Installation, wall mounting, accessories, television service, streaming subscriptions, internet service, extended warranties and any other costs not expressly described above are not included.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. If the actual retail value of the prize at the time of award is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, and for any costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize description. Sponsor will never require the winner to pay a purchase price, processing fee, shipping fee or handling fee in order to receive the prize.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All eligible entries, whether obtained through a purchase or through the free entry method, have an equal chance of winning.

8. Random Drawing and Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about January 3, 2028 at 12:00 p.m. ET.

The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated representative. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, eligibility of entries and selection of the potential winner are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

9. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the email address associated with the selected entry. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours after the winner notification email is sent.

Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility, proof of identity, a valid delivery address and any legally required tax information, and may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and release within the time stated in the notification.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, fails to provide requested verification information or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified. Sponsor may then select an alternate potential winner through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to identify the winner by first name, last initial, city and state of residence in connection with announcing the Sweepstakes result and promoting the Sweepstakes, without additional compensation. Any additional use of the winner’s image, likeness, photograph, voice or testimonial will be subject to any consent required by applicable law.

11. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who Sponsor reasonably determines has attempted to tamper with the entry process, submit fraudulent or duplicate entries, interfere with the proper administration of the Sweepstakes or violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure events or any other cause outside Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity, fairness, security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the stated end date, Sponsor may select a winner from among all eligible entries received before termination, where feasible and permitted by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, corrupted or otherwise invalid entries, or for technical, email, website, server, hardware, software, network or communications failures of any kind.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, advertising partners, service providers and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, misuse or inability to use the prize.

Sponsor makes no warranty, representation or guarantee regarding the prize except for any manufacturer warranty that may accompany the prize. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

13. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, award the prize, satisfy legal obligations and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Entering through the free entry method does not require an entrant to subscribe to promotional emails, consent to marketing, purchase a product or complete any product-related activity. Entrants may receive administrative communications relating specifically to the Sweepstakes, including winner notification and verification requests.

14. Separate Customer Gifts and Discounts

Any digital guide, customer bonus, discount code, future-purchase offer or other promotional benefit provided by Sponsor, including any discount sent after a purchase, is separate from this Sweepstakes.

Receiving, redeeming or declining any such gift or discount does not provide an additional Sweepstakes entry and does not increase or decrease an entrant’s chances of winning.

15. Winner List

To request the first name, last initial, city and state of the confirmed winner, send an email to info@tryhoneygummies.com with the subject line TV SWEEPSTAKES WINNER LIST REQUEST. Requests must be received no later than March 31, 2028.

16. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in New Jersey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Platform and Manufacturer Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by HoneyGummies LLC. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Shopify, Shop, Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Samsung Electronics America, Inc., or any television retailer. Samsung is identified solely as the manufacturer of the prize.

18. Complete Rules

These Official Rules constitute the complete terms and conditions of the Honey Gummies 75-Inch TV Sweepstakes. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any advertisement, email, social media post, website statement or other promotional material, these Official Rules shall control.
