Returns & Refund Policy

Try Honey Gummies for 90 days on your first order. If you’re not feeling the difference, email us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price of the first order, even if the bottle is empty when it is returned to us. No questions asked.

Email info@tryhoneygummies.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first. We’ll confirm the return address and walk you through the process.

Once your return is initiated, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. You’ll get an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund. Your choice.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If the product arrived damaged or we made an error on your order, we’ll cover return shipping.

You can cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription anytime by logging into your account at honeygummiesofficial.com, or emailing info@tryhoneygummies.com .

Cancellations take effect immediately. No future charges, no fees, no questions.

Unwanted subscription charges: If you’re charged for a subscription shipment you didn’t want, email us within 14 days of that charge and we’ll issue a refund for that shipment. Standard return policy above applies.

Skipping or changing shipments: To skip a shipment or change your delivery frequency, log into your account or email us and we’ll handle it.

If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us first at info@tryhoneygummies.com . We respond within 1–2 business days and resolve nearly every issue faster than your bank can. Starting a chargeback before contacting us slows down the resolution for both of us.
